On a Freshwater canal. There is a boat dock so bring your boat, canoe or kayak! (bridge clearance 7.5). Gulf access boat ramps nearby. The pool is refreshing & we have enjoyed many family gatherings on the lanai, deck & in the pool!. Close by is Carrabbas, Hurricane's, Texas Tonys, Kohls along with other stores & restaurants. Great location! Great area!
