This is a short term, fully furnished rental and is available for 12 weeks which is from September 1st through mid November, 2022, although adjustments can be made. We can leave a little early and come back a little later. Home is not available after December 10th. There is a large, family room & a family sized kitchen with lots of counter space. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool & canal. Also a large dining room table. There are 3 separate sleeping areas. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have views of the canal. Assistance bars in master bath and shower. All tiled! There is a dog run. It is on a Freshwater canal. We have a boat dock so bring your boat, canoe or kayak! (bridge clearance 7.5). There are several salt water (Gulf access) boat ramps in Cape Coral that are close. The pool is refreshing & we have enjoyed many family gatherings on the lanai, deck and in the pool!. Close by is Carrabbas, Hurricane's, Texas Tonys, Kohls along with other stores & restaurants.
